Rich Pivoriunas returns for his fourth season at Owens Community College.  Coach Pivoriunas reached the 100-win milestone this season and his overall record for his four year tenure stands at 109-82.  His overall conference record is 35-30.

Pivoriunas is a veteran of more than 20 years of Northwest Ohio baseball.  During that time, his teams at Delta and Eastwood high schools won more than 300 games.  He is a native of East Cleveland and the first captain of the Cleveland St. Joseph High School baseball team.  He graduated from the University of Toledo (UT), where he was a letterwinner on the football team from 1969 to 1971.  He also played for the Hall of Fame baseball coach Stan Sanders while at UT.  Pivoriunas is a guidance counselor at Eastwood High School.
