Owens Career: In 2002, he collected 18 hits and scored 18 runs.  Morris also was second on the team with 31 walks.  His postseason honors include being named OCCAC Academic All-Conference for the 2001-02 academic year.

High School: 2001 Lima Senior High School graduate, Lima, Ohio, where he earned First Team and Honorable Mention All-District and Honorable Mention All-Ohio honors as a quarterback for the football team.
