Bob Schultz begins his first season as head coach of the Owens baseball program.  The previous five seasons Schultz served as an Express assistant coach.  His coaching experience also includes serving as an assistant baseball coach at Waite High School for five years.  He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Findlay, where he was a four-year starter on the baseball team and captain his senior year.  A Toledo native, Schultz attended Waite High School, participating in football and baseball.  He also coached at the University of Findlay and for several local summer league teams.  Scultz is the executive director of the Aurora Gonzales Community and Family Resource Center in Toledo.
