Bob Schultz returns for his fifth year as head coach of the Owens men's baseball program. During the past four years, he guided the Express to back-to-back conference championships in 2004 and 2005. Prior to his position as head coach, Schultz served as an Express assistant coach for five years. His coaching experience also includes serving as an assistant baseball coach at Waite High School for five years. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Findlay, where he was a four-year starter on the baseball team and captain his senior year. A Toledo native, Schultz attended Waite High School, participating in football and baseball. In addition, his experience includes coaching at the University of Findlay and for several local summer league teams. Schultz is an educator within the areas of reading and physical education for Englewood Peace Academy in Toledo.
