2010-11: Davis went 1-1 with a 2.75 ERA last season while appearing in eight games and starting two. In 19.2 innings pitched, he allowed 17 hits, six earned runs and 12 walks while striking out 18. He finished with a .218 batting average against.

Prior to Owens: Davis achieved 2nd academic honors throughout his time at St. Francis De Sales, while participating in baseball and hockey. He was a member of the All-Toledo City League team his junior and senior seasons, while becoming a member of the All-Academic Team his senior year. He was part of the 2009 district championship team and was a two-year letter winner. As a member of the hockey team, he was a three-year letter winner and member of the 2008 Ohio state final four team. During his senior season, he won All-Academic honors, was team MVP, and he was named the Hobey Baker Award winner. His greatest personal sports thrills were his two district championships.

Personal: Jeff is the son of Tim and Carol Davis. He is as associate of science general concentration major at Owens.
