Morrow Commits To Play Baseball For The Express

Toledo, OH
---Nick Morrow, of Fairfield (OH) Senior High School, has committed to play baseball for the Express next spring.

As a LHP last year, he went 4-0 with a 2.12 ERA for Fairfield. Additionally, he went 6-2 with a 3.51 ERA for his summer team, while also hitting .335 as a first baseman.

Morrow was named to the SouthWest Ohio League All Star Team and named MVP in the Hoosier Classic High School Showcase Tournament.

He went 3-0 with a 1.00 ERA while leading his Lakota Diamond Dawgs 18U summer select travel team to an 18U K Sports Fall Championship and Fall Brawl Tournament Championship.

At 6-2, 190 lb., Nick is the son of Steve Morrow, and Lana and John Crabtree.

The Express have completed their regular season. They will open sub-regional play this Friday at 12:30 p.m. against Vincennes University.
