Prior to Owens: Wujek spent this past fall at Western Michigan University before transfering to Owens for spring semester.  He attended Grosse Pointe North High School, where he pitched and played first base.  He was named: First Team in the Macomb Area Conference, All District and Honorable Mention All State.

Personal: Chip is the son of Bob and Arabella Wujek.  He has four siblings -  E. J., Chase, Teddy and Mimi.
