D.J. Cameron, new head coach, becomes the fourth men's basketball coach at Owens Technical College.

A native of South Bound Brook, New Jersey, he graduated from Mount Union College in 1981 and holds a master's degree from BGSU.

Coach Cameron was named to numerous All-State teams in high school, as he scored 1,200 points and led the state in free throw percentage his senior year at 91 percent. He has coaching experience in college baseball and extensive basketball experience in working such camps at South Carolina, Notre Dame, Indiana and Toledo.
