2002-03: As a sophomore, Fobbs finished second on the team in scoring at 11 points per game, while adding three rebounds and almost two assists per game. He led the team in 3-point field goals attempted at 52-for-147, while totaling 362 points, 98 rebounds, 63 assists, 27 steals and six blocks.

2001-02: As a freshman, Fobbs averaged nine points and two assists per game.

High School: 2000 Libbey High School graduate, where he was First Team All-City, First Team All-District, First Team All-Toledo Blade and Third Team All-Ohio. He also was selected during the basketball season by WTOL TV-11, WTVG TV-13 and WNWO TV-24 as the Player of the Week. Voted Most Improved Player by the City League
