High School: 2007 Rossford High School graduate, Rossford, Ohio, where he was First Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention All-Northern Lakes League, Second Team and Honorable Mention All-District and team MVP and captain.  Bell also was an Honorable Mention All-NLL and All-District selection in basketball, as well as a Buckeye Boys State Delegate and an Archie Griffin Award winner.
