Overview: Anderson was a three-time MVP of his high school team who earned a 4.0 GPA his final two years at St. Mary Catholic Central under the tutelage of coach George Barath.

Prior to Owens: Aside being team MVP, Anderson won the district championship and finished 11th at the state tournament - which he lists as his greatest personal sports thrill.  For his work, he earned Monroe County Player of the Year honors his junior season.  He also earned First Team All-Huron League honors his junior and senior years.
