Prior to Owens: Crossley was a three-time All-Madison County selection at Jonathon Alder, where he was also an honor roll student. He played for head coach Mitch Koesder. His greatest personal sports thrill was going to state his freshman year as a team.

Personal: Tyler is the son of Kevin and Julie Crossley. He is a fire science major at Owens.
