2015-16: As a freshman, Focht participated in two tournaments for Owens. He shot a 91 and an 86 in the Owens Invitational No. 1 and No. 2 on May 1-2 to finish with an 88.5 average per 18 holes on the season.

Prior to Owens: Focht is a 2015 graduate of Oak Harbor, where he earned First Team All-Sandusky Bay Conference (SBC) honors.

Personal: Travis is the son of Allan and Jenny Focht.
