Owens Career: In 2001, he recorded 123 saves, while surrendering 47 goals to Express opponents with a 2.4 goals per game average.

High School: Eastwood High School graduate, Pemberville, Ohio, where he was a Second-Team All-Suburban Lakes League and Honorable Mention All-District selection from 1996-1999.  Schimmoeller also was named the team's MVP and Best Defensive Player.
