Perrysburg, OH
- Schoolcraft College ended a six-game win streak by the Express Wednesday night with a 2-0 victory in a match played at Lake High School.

Owens played well, but gave up a goal just before halftime - 42:51 into the first half. Owens had a couple of good chances in the second half to tie it, but Schoolcraft (11-0) sealed the win with another goal at the 73:52 mark.

Tom Nevill scored both goals for the Ocelots. Jake Olman (Maumee/Maumee, Ohio) started in goal for the Express, and while allowing the two goals, he made some spectacular saves to keep his team in the match in the second half. Olman finished with nine saves.

The next match for Owens (8-4, 7-4 Region XII) will be next Wednesday, Oct. 5 against Cuyahoga Community College beginning at 4 p.m.
