Erie, PA---Glenroy Miller scored two second half goals to help lead the No. 15 Express men's soccer team to a 4-0 win over Mercyhurst North East Community College on Sunday.

The game was scoreless until Miller was fouled just outside the penalty box in the 54th minute. He then lined a shot into the top right portion of the goal on a direct free kick to put the Express up 1-0.

The Express would later put the game out of reach with three goals in the game's final five minutes. Nickyle Webber scored in the 85th minute on an assist from Miller, Nate Seeman scored his first goal of the year on an assist from Webber in the 88th minute and Miller scored on an assist from Webber in the 89th minute.

Joshua Kleinow started in goal for the Express and made one save in 90 minutes of action.

With his two goals today, Miller increased his nation-best goal total to 25. Additionally, he tied Sean Brown (25, 2001) for the third most goals in a single season in program history. Sean Bucknor (2006-07) holds the top two seasons with 28 in each of his years.

Webber, meanwhile, increased his nation-best assist total to 16, which is one short of tying Jeff Brown's 2001 total for the single season record. His 21 career assists is three short of tying Michael Hamouda's (2009-10) career record.

Webber's goal was his 11th of the season and the 22nd of his career, which puts him sixth on the career list.

With the win, the Express matched their win total from last year as they improved to 13-4-1. They have two games remaining in the regular season. In the first of those two matches, the Express will have a chance to clinch at least a share of their first ever OCCAC title against Lakeland Community College on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at home.

Then, they travel to Cincinnati on Saturday to take on Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. The Surge are currently a game behind the Express in the OCCAC standings.
