Mickey Arquette returns for her fifth season as the head coach at Owens. In two of the past three seasons, she has been recognized as the OCCAC's Co-Coach of the Year and Coach of the Year. Prior to her position at Owens, Arquette served as the assistant varsity girls softball coach at Perrysburg High School from 1993-95 and JV girls head coach at Anthony Wayne High School from 1997-99.

Arquette earned her bachelor's degree in commercial art from Ashland University in 1992, where she also was a member of the softball team. A 1988 graduate of Perrysburg High School, she earned her master's degree in art education and teaching certificate from the University of Toledo. Arquette is an art teacher at St. Rose School in Perrysburg. She resides in Toledo.
