Stephen Perry begins his first season as an assistant coach for the Express women's basketball program.

He joins the Express with 12 years of basketball coaching experience, the last eight years coaching at St. Ursula Academy. During his tenure, Perry served as St. Ursula Academy's freshman and JV girls head basketball coach. His teams amassed an overall record of 127-29 and won two City League championships, while finishing as City League runner-up three times.

Perry is a graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School and went on to play intercollegiate basketball at Tiffin University. He works as an Account Executive for Alvan Motor Freight and resides in Toledo.
