2009-10: Had one of the best seasons in program history as a freshman...named NJCAA D-II National Player of the Week on Jan. 14, 2010. She averaged 18 points and 8.2 rebounds in wins over Alpena, Mott, Jackson and Lake Michigan. Scored 520 points during the season, which still ranks among the top 10 in program history

High School: 2009 Notre Dame Academy graduate, Toledo, Ohio, where she was a First Team All-City League, First Team All-District and Honorable Mention All-Ohio selection and team MVP. Additionally, Blanton earned First Team All-Toledo Blade honors, was a McDonald's All-American nominee and chosen to participate in the Ohio-Indiana All-Star game.
