High School: 2009 Carey High School graduate, Carey, Ohio, where she was a First Team All-Midland Athletic League, First Team All-District and Second Team All-Ohio selection. Windau also was named to the state championship all-tournament team and earned First Team All-Dailey Chief Union honors. In addition, she was chosen to participate in the East-West and Midland Athletic League-Blanchard Valley Conference all-star games.
