Bond Could Be "X Factor" In National Aspirations After Signing With Express

Romulus, MI---Jordyn Bond has signed a letter of intent to play for the Express women's basketball team next season.

The 5-7 guard/forward was a Second Team All-WWAC selection her senior year following an Honorable Mention All-WWAC selection her junior year.

Express women's basketball head coach Michael Llanas is excited about Bond's versatility.

"She could be a huge X factor in our quest for a national championship," he said. "She will play all five positions."

Bond, a native of Inkster, MI, will be joined by Kamilah Carter, a 5-4 point guard from Ann Arbor Pioneer HS, Nandi Taylor, a 5-4 point guard from Flint Hamady HS, Taylor Marks, a 5-8 guard/forward from Flint Beecher HS, Meshia Smith, a 5-11 forward from Pontiac HS, Breonna House, a 5-6 guard from Pontiac HS, Eboni Adams, a 5-7 guard from Cleveland Maples Heights HS, and Malaysha Cammon, a 6-5 center from Dearborn Divine Child HS.
