Prior to Owens: Kiser transferred to Owens from Concordia University in Chicago, Ill., where she averaged 3.9 points and four rebounds over 27 games in the 2014-15 season. She shot 40-for-80 (.500) from the field. Her single-game rebounding high was 11 against St. Catherine University on Dec. 30, and she swatted a season-high five shots on Feb. 17. Her scoring high was 11 on Nov. 15 against Lawrence University.

Personal: Shania is the daughter of James Kiser and Tiffany Jones. She had five siblings - Darian Bulger, James Kiser, Ja'Vonte Valley, Jayveon Kiser and Sinaire Kiser.
