University Center, MI---Kendra Eitniear scored the lone goal for the Express women's soccer team in a 2-1 loss to Delta College today.

Jill Burkholder assisted on the goal. It marked her team-high fifth assist of the season. Meanwhile, Eitniear's goal put her in the team lead with four.

The loss drops the Express to 4-2 overall and 3-1 in Region XII. Delta is now 4-2 overall and 4-2 in Region XII.

The next action for Owens will be Saturday against Jackson Community College at 12 p.m. The team then plays Kellogg Community College the following day at 1 p.m. Both matches are at the Owens Soccer Complex.
