2014: Antonacci finished fourth on the team in scoring in her only year with Owens. She made 20 starts, saw action in all 21 matches and produced four goals and seven assists. She finished third on the team in assists. Following the season, she signed with the Academy of Art University.

Prior to Owens: In 2013, Antonacci played in 17 games for the the NCAA Division I University of Toledo women's soccer team, while starting five of those. She recorded two goals on seven shots. She tallied single goals against Indiana State on Sept. 20 and Western Michigan University on Sept. 27. She will have one year of eligibility at Owens.

Antonacci, who was UT's third leading goal scorer as a freshman, had 77 goals and 48 assists in her four-year career at Lake. She holds the single game, single season and career records in goals and assists.

As a senior, Antonacci had 21 goals and 11 assists. She also tallied 25 goals and eight assists as a junior, 14 goals and 12 assists as a sophomore and 17 goals and 17 assists as a freshman.

She earned Second Team All-Ohio and First Team All-District  honors her final two years. She was a two-time Northern Buckeye Conference (NBC) Player of the Year and a two-time Suburban Lakes League Player of the Year (one year was a Co-POY, though). She was First Team All-SLL twice and First Team All-NBC twice. The one year she earned Co-POY came when former Express two-year starter (2012-13) Taylor Avers of Woodmore High School shared it with her in 2010-11.

In her four years at Lake, the Flyers went 61-10-4. They reached the district semifinals her sophomore year before falling 1-0 to Genoa in overtime and the regional finals her freshman year before falling to St. Mary's Memorial in the second set of penalty kicks.

Antonacci was also a two-time Academic All-NBC selection.

Antonacci will become the third Lake High School graduate to play for Owens. She joins Drew Plummer (2012) and Tara Preble (2012-13). They played together on the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons, in which Lake went 35-3-3.

Personal: Shelby is the daughter of John and Robinne Antonacci. She has one sibling, Shane.
