2014: Malaczewski led the team in scoring in her only year with Owens. She produced a team-high 13 goals and finished second on the team in assists with nine for a total of 37 points. She made 17 starts and played in 19 games. She had the game-winning assist in the team's Region XII championship game win over Schoolcraft College, and she scored twice in the team's 5-2 win over Pima C.C. in the NJCAA Division I National Tournament.

Following the season, Malaczewski was named First Team All-Region XII. She tallied two hat tricks during the season. On Oct. 8, she became the first player in program history to be named NJCAA Division I National Player of the Week. In the region, she finished second in points, second in assists and third in goals scored.

2013: Malaczewski spent her freshman year at NCAA Division I Bowling Green State University, where she produced one goal over 16 games. Her goal came in the season opener, and she finished tied for third on the team in goals scored and shots on goal (8).

Prior to Owens: The 2013 Central Catholic graduate amassed 69 goals and 29 assists in her four-year career on the Irish women's soccer team under the tutelage of head coach Don Jablonski. As a senior, she tallied 23 goals and 13 assists. She holds school records for goals in a game (4), season (26) and career, as well as assists in a game (4) and career.

The two-year team captain was a two-time Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) Player of the Year in 2011 and 2012, while also becoming a two-time First Team All-District and two-time Second Team All-Ohio selection. 

Academically, she was an honor roll student and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Personal: Haley is the sister of former Owens women's volleyball player, Chelsey Malaczewski (2006-07). She is the daughter of David and Cindy Malaczewski. Aside from Chelsey, she also has another older sister, Alexa. Her father played baseball at Kent State University.
