Toledo, Ohio---Lynzee Richardson, a senior at Napoleon High School, has signed a letter of intent to play women's soccer at Owens Community College next year.

Richardson, who played at the defender and midfield positions at Napoleon, was named her team's most versatile player. She played for coach Mike Murphy, and she was an All-NLL Academic Team selection.

Richardson joins Kelsey Combs (Anthony Wayne) and Kaleigh Strausbaugh (Bowling Green) as one of three members of next year's freshmen class.

The Owens women's soccer team finished 14-5-2 this past fall under the guidance of first-year head coach Kenny Hewitt, who led the team to its second straight appearance at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I national tournament. The team also captured its second straight Region XII tournament championship.
