2015: Cruz recorded her lone point with an assist against Ancilla on Sept. 13. She finished her two-year career with two goals and one assist.
2014: Cruz scored two goals as a freshman, including the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Schoolcraft College in the Region XII championship game. She saw action in 21 matches, while starting two.
Prior to Owens: Cruz earned Second Team All-Toledo Area Athletic Conference (TAAC), First Team All-Northwest Ohio High School Soccer League (NWOHSSL) and Honorable Mention All-Northwest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association (NWOSSCA) honors as a senior at Northwood.
As a junior, Cruz was named First Team All-NWOHSSL and Honorable Mention All-NWOSSCA. Additionally, she is a two-time Coaches Award winner and a four-year varsity letter winner.
