2015: Kovar missed most of her sophomore season due to injury, but returned over the season's final six games. She didn't record a point, but helped the defense allow two or fewer goals in five of her six games after the team allowed three or more in eight of the previous 13 games.
2014: As a freshman, Kovar made 15 starts and saw action in 21 matches as a defender. She recorded one shot on goal.
