Hired April 1st, 2024 Coach Rutherford begins her first season at the healm of the Express women's soccer program. Megan most recently was the varsity coach at Lake High School for 2023 where the team won the Juergen Mudrow Cup NWOSOA Team Excellence and Sportsmanship award. Prior to that Rutherford was the varsity soccer coach at Eastwod High School for 11 years from 2011-2022. At Lake she accumulated an impressive overall record of 152-45-16 capped with trips to the Sectional championships in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 1019, 2020 and 2021 with District championship appearance in 2014 and 2016. Notable team awards under Rutherford include the Team Ethics Award of Merit - Gold Certificate (2020), the NWO District Team Sportsmanship Award (2020) and the Juergen Mudrow Cup NWOSOA Team Excellence and Sportsmanship Award in 2021. Rutherford earned NOW District DIII Coach of the Year in 2018 and 2019, was awarded teh Ohio DIII Coach of the Year in 2019 and the United Soccer Coaches Ohio High School Coach of the Year Small School Division in 2019. 

Rutherford played collegiate soccer at the University of Findlay for four years and currently resides in Haskins, OH with her husband Craig and two sons Bryce and Caden.
