Owens Career: In 2003, she was an OCCAC Academic All-Conference selection.  Fleig played in 88 games and recorded 101 digs and 27 aces.  She also was second on the team with 362 assists.

High School: 2003 Springfield High School graduate, Holland, Ohio, where she was a Second Team and Honorable Mention All-Northern Lakes League and Honorable Mention All-District selection.  She also was named the team's MVP and honored as a scholar-athlete.
