Prior to Owens: Hilfinger was named First Team All-NLL and team MVP, while also being named to the District 7 All Star team her senior year, Second Team All-NLL and team MVP her junior year, and Honorable Mention All-NLL and the team's Most Improved her sophomore year under head coach Bill Hennenman. Additionally, she set the school record for most assists in a season and career during her senior season. Hilfinger was also a member of the basketball program. Academically, she was an honor roll student all four years at Anthony Wayne and earned an Honors Diploma.

Personal: Molly is the daughter of Neil and Michelle Hilfinger. She is a pre-nursing concentration major at Owens.
