2010-11: Seifker's greatest personal sports thrill is last year's Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) championship for the Express, which she was a big part of. As a freshman, Seifker earned First Team All-OCCAC honors while garnering 281.5 points, 237 kills, 133 sets, 71 blocks, 51 digs, 29 assists and three aces.

Prior to Owens: Seifker was First Team All-Firelands Conference her junior and senior year, while also garnering First Team All-District 6 honors each of those years. During her first two years, she received Honorable Mention All-Firelands Conference honors. Aside from volleyball, Seifker played basketball, softball and track. She earned the Hustle Award in softball and was named Best Offensive Player in basketball. Outside of athletics, she was an honor roll student.

Personal: Allison is the daughter of Dennis and Cheryl Seifker. She is a pre-dental hygiene major at Owens.
