2014-15: Tunstall closed an historic two-year career with Owens by averaging 14.3 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.4 steals per game. Prior to capturing Owens Female Athlete of the Year honors, she totaled 514 points (12th most in a single season in program history), 338 rebounds, 83 assists, 88 steals and 17 blocks en route to First Team All-OCCAC, First Team All-Region XII and WBCA Honorable Mention All-American honors. She shot 55.1 percent from the field and 70.3 percent from the foul line, while posting 15 double-doubles, including four in the team's six postseason games. Following the season, she was also named the team's Co-MVP along with Ashley Tunstall.

In OCCAC play, Tunstall averaged 11.9 points, 9.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.6 steals per game. She became only the fourth player in program history to earn First Team All-OCCAC honors twice, and she pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds in a conference win over Lorain County on Feb. 18. She earned OCCAC player of the week honors on Dec. 7 and Dec. 21.

In postseason play, she averaged 23.8 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.2 steals per game. She was named the Region XII District I tournament MVP and made the NJCAA Division II All-National Tournament team. In the Region XII District I championship game, she had 31 points. In a national quarterfinal OT win over Monroe College, she had 33 points - both games were the two best scoring games of her career as she helped the team secure the best season in program history.

In her two-year career, Tunstall averaged 12.9 points, 9.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.1 steals per game. She totaled 837 points (10th most in a career in program history), 600 rebounds, 113 assists, 137 steals and 22 blocks. She had 26 double-doubles in 65 career games (63 starts). The team won 60 of those 65 games.

2013-14: Tunstall improved steadily throughout her freshman year, eventually earning First Team All-Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) honors. It was the first time the Express women's basketball team has had a freshman earn First Team All-OCCAC honors since Jasmine Blanton in 2009-10.

Overall, Tunstall averaged 11.1 points, nine rebounds, 1.7 steals and one assist per game in her freshman campaign. She started 28 of 29 games and saw action in every contest. In OCCAC play, she averaged 14.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.2 assists per game. 

Over the first half of the season, Tunstall hit double figures in all but eight games. However, in the second half, she hit double figures in all but two games. She scored a season-high 22 points in a Jan. 18 win over Cincinnati State and a Feb. 8 win over Sinclair. While producing at least 20 points four times in conference play, Tunstall reached her season-high in rebounding with 17 against Lake Erie JV on Nov. 24. Overall, she reached double figures in rebounding 14 times.

Prior to Owens: Tunstall played through her junior year at Springfield High School before transferring to Huber Heights Wayne High School. Although she never ended up playing at Wayne, she practiced with the team the entire year.

As a junior at Springfield, Tunstall averaged 10.9 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.6 steals and 1.3 assists per game. She had eight games of double figures in rebounding, including a season-high 18 twice. Her season-high in points was 29. Following the season, she was named Second Team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC) and Special Mention All-District.

She averaged 9.3 points and 7.9 rebounds as a sophomore and was named Special Mention All-GWOC. 

Tunstall has also played for the storied AAU program, the Dayton Lady Hoopstars.
