Julie Cross will serve as a Volunteer Goalkeeper Coach. She holds a Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma, a Goalkeeping Special Topics Diploma, and a Finishing & Goalkeeping Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. Julie also is entering her third season as Head Coach at Eastwood High School with their girls' soccer program. Her overall record as head coach is 31-5-3. Julie was the Assistant Coach and Goalkeeping Coach during the previous seven seasons at Eastwood under Coach Megan Rutherford. During that time, she earned Northwest Ohio District Assistant Coach of the Year honors in 2016, 2018, and 2019. Before this, she was a member of the Heidelberg Women’s Soccer team while earning her education degree. Julie is an 8th grade teacher at Eastwood Middle School.
