Express Men's Basketball
It has been an exciting season for Express Men's Basketball! So far they have played 8 games and are 1 and 8 in their season. They won in overtime against Schoolcraft college with a final score of 70 - 68. Some of their notable games include vs. Mott Community College, Clark State College, Terra State, and Ancilla College where they fought hard but came up short with three losses.
Joel Heidelburg is looking forward to a program building a game winning program in his first year as the Head Coach!
This week, Express played three conference games against Mott State, Clark State, and Terra State College. On Saturday, they fought hard against Terra State, coming back from 20 points behind in the 4th quarter. However, they lost 67 to 74 and finished the week 0 and 3.
Despite the losses this week, Express continues to fight hard and Joel Heidelburg remains optimistic for the future of the program. In an interview, Heidelburg said ?I?m proud of how our guys have continued to play hard every single day and game. We are making great strides as a program but have to keep working extremely hard to get better each day."
