Assistant Coach Jay Taylor is starting his second season with the Owens Express.  As a faculty member of Electrical Engineering Technology, Jay coordinates the Communication Electronics Technology program.  He holds a master's degree from the University of Toledo in education. He coaches the outfielders and first baseman.
