Owens Career: In 2005-06, he earned OCCAC Academic All-Conference honors.  Sheeks compiled a 1-1 record and registered one save in eight games.

High School: 2003 Otsego High School graduate, Tontogany, Ohio, where he was Second Team and Honorable Mention All-Suburban Lakes League and First Team and Honorable Mention All-Wood County.  In addition, Sheeks was named team MVP and earned academic honors.
