2012: Fry spent his freshman year at the University of Findlay, where he appeared in seven games and earned a 2-0 record with nine strikeouts.

Prior to Owens: Fry is a 2011 graduate of Bellevue. As a senior, he started six games and totaled 38.2 innings, a 6-2 record, 38 strikeouts and a 2.53 ERA. He had four complete games. He earned Second Team All-NOL honors while there under the tutelage of coach Andy Dennings.

Personal: Michael is the son of James and Jacqueline Fry. He has two brothers, James and William.
