Toledo, OH---Chad Lupher recently became the newest member of the 2013-14 Express baseball freshmen class during a ceremony at Owens Community College.

The 6'1" C/RHP is a senior at East Knox High School in Howard, OH. He has been named Second Team All-MBC and Honorable Mention All-MBC, while also holding the title of team captain as a junior and senior.

The Bladensburg, OH native, who is coached by Kevin Gallwite, is the son of Bill and Robin Lupher. He has one sister, Chelsey.

Lupher joins Michael Hamden Jr. (Adrian HS/Adrian, MI), Zachary Bobbitt (Oldham County HS/Oldham County, KY), David Krauss (Holy Trinity Catholic HS/Port Dover, Ontario, Canada), Blake Kuszmaul (Bryan HS/Bryan, OH), Parker Little (Newberry HS/Newberry, SC), Marcus Rozsa (All Saints Secondary HS/Whitby, Ontario, Canada), Dustin Osborne (Barberton HS/Barberton, OH), Tyler Byerly (Washington Township HS/Crown Pointe, IN) and Jayson Williams (Illinois Lutheran HS/Richton Park, IL) as member of next year's freshmen class.
