Genoa's Gose Signs With Owens Baseball, Becomes Second Member of Next Year's Frosh Class

Clay, Ohio---Genoa High School senior infielder Casey Gose has signed with Owens Community College's baseball team.

He joins William Hutt (LHP) of Bowsher High School as one of two members in the 2014-15 freshmen class.

Gose, a four-year varsity starter for the Comets, was First Team All-Northern Buckeye Conference (NBC) as a sophomore and Second Team All-NBC as a junior. He was also Team All-Press his sophomore and junior years.

Gose and the Comets will be in action Thursday in sectional tournament play against Sherwood Fairview.
