2013: Wicher started the season's first game and produced one of the team's exciting moments with a stop of a penalty kick that would have tied the game for Lake Michigan with just minutes remaining. He went on to play in 10 games and started seven, while allowing nine goals and making 35 saves.
On Oct. 10, Wicher was named the OCCAC Defensive Player of the Week.
Prior to Owens: Wicher was the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) Goalkeeper of the Year and a two-time First Team All-Northwest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association (NWOSSCA) selection.
Personal: Ryan is the son of Marc and Lisa Wicher. He has one sister, Katarina.
