2015: Rowan started 23 games in goal for Owens as a freshman. He produced eight shutouts and had 17 games of allowing one or fewer goals. From Oct. 14 to Oct. 28, he didn't allow a goal for a 526:40 stretch and finished the season with 111 saves for a 1.14 goals against average. Following the season, he was named to the Region XII All-Tournament team.
On Sept. 6 and Oct. 18, Rowan was named the OCCAC defensive player of the week.
Prior to Owens: As a senior, Rowan was named First Team All-Northern Lakes League (NLL) and Second Team All-District. He led his team to a 1-0 win over St. John's in the district championship game. The game came down to penalty kicks, and Rowan stopped the final shot by St. John's after scoring one of his team's goals in PKs.
Personal: Kyle is the son of Aaron and Karie Rowan. He has one sister, Megan.
