The Owens Community College softball team is gearing up for an exciting season with head coach Chuck Brososky at the helm. Brososky, who is entering his fifth season with the program, has a proven track record of success. He was named the OCCAC Coach of the Year after leading the team to a conference title in 2021 and 2022. Brososky has a wealth of coaching experience, having spent 15 years coaching travel teams in Michigan and Ohio. He is currently the President of the Lady Irish organization in Toledo.

Express Softball is also lead by assistant coach, Aubrey Geis,. Serving as assistant coach for three years, Geis rejoined the Owens Express softball team ahead of the 2020-21 season and will embark on her third season in the position in 2023. Geis previously played for the Express during the 2014 and 2015 spring seasons, winning two OCCAC Championships and making two regional appearances. She was also part of the 2015 Regional Championship team that advanced to the NJCAA Division-I Nationals.
