Bill Gomoluch starts his fourth season at the helm of the Lady Express basketball program.  In just three seasons, his teams have a combined 84-20 record (.796).  During the past two years, the Lady Express have won two conference titles, a Great Lakes Region 12 championship, one conference tournament title, a Regional runner-up and two trips to the national tournament where they finished seventh and eighth in the country.  In the OCCAC, Coach Gomoluch has a 37-5 record (.880).  At home, entering the final season at Alumni Hall, the Express are 38-1 under Gomoluch.

In 1999-2000, the Express finished 23-8 for Gomoluch. The team lost a 2 OT game to Cincinnati State in the OCCAC tournament finals before dropping their opening game of the Region XII tournament.

In 1996-97 and in 1998-99, he was voted OCCAC "Coach of the Year" by his fellow conference coaches and in 1997-98 was named District Coach of the Year.  In 1998-99, he was named "Great Lakes Region 12 Coach of the Year."

While coaching girls varsity basketball at Deerfield (MI) High School for eight seasons, he took a program that had a 30-game losing streak prior to his arrival and finished with 117 wins and 63 losses (.650).  From 1991 to 1994, his Deerfield teams won 84 games, while losing only 11, and won or shared the conference title in each of those four seasons.
