High School: 2002 Wauseon High School graduate, Wauseon, Ohio, where she was Second Team All-Northwest Ohio Athletic League and Second team All-District. Her honors included receiving the Gatorade "Will to Win" and Captain awards. Stiriz also earned First and Second Team All-NWOAL honors in cross country and was a member of the track team.
