Owens Career: In 2004-05, she was an OCCAC Academic All-Conference selection.  Her postseason honorsalso included being named the team's Defensive Player of the Year.  In 31 games, she averaged 3.5 points and 2.1 rebounds.

High School: 2004 Lake High School graduate, Millbury, Ohio, where she was Second Team and Honorable Mention All-Suburban Lakes League and Second Team All-District.  Her honors also included receiving the Coaches Award and being named team captain.
