2014: Groll started 19 of 21 games as a sophomore. She did not record a point, but was a versatile player for the team. After finishing her two-year career with three goals and three assists, she signed with Lourdes University following the season.
2013: Groll started all 21 games as a freshman for the Express, while tallying three goals and three assists. She never tallied more than one goal or one assist in any game, while spreading out her six goals or assists over six contests. She ended the season tied for fifth on the team in assists.
Prior to Owens: Groll played 62 career varsity games for Clay and also was a three-year varsity letter winner. She had 11 career goals and 11 career assists. As a senior, she was Second Team All-TRAC, and she was Honorable Mention All-TRAC as a junior.
Coached by Scott Wamer, Groll helped her team captured the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) championship as a senior.
