Mentor, OH---The No. 5 Express volleyball team swept Lakeland Community College 25-7, 25-17, 25-16 on the road tonight.

Dakia Sellers had team-highs in kills (9) and solo blocks (3), while Molly Hilfinger had a team-high 28 assists.

Lisa Urbanski led the team with 17 digs. Overall, six players had at least five digs for the Express. Urbanski also led the team with three service aces, although Hilfinger and Kenzie Kleinhenz each had two.

Jazmine Thomas and Alyssa Meis each had two assisted blocks.

The Express totaled 33 kills, 31 assists, nine service aces, 50 digs, seven solo blocks and six assisted blocks.

Owens (17-3 overall, 7-0 OCCAC) has now won eight consecutive matches. They are also 5-0 on the road with the win tonight. Their next matchup is scheduled for Sept. 26 at Lorain County Community College beginning at 6 p.m.
