2017: Angstmann is one of the team's tri-captains as a sophomore.

2016: As a freshman, Angstmann produced 347 kills, 13 assists, 53 aces, 325 digs and 96 blocks (23 solo) over 46 matches. She finished second on the team in kills, as well as second in aces, fourth in digs, fourth in total blocks and second in solo blocks. On top of that, she had a hitting percentage of .281 over 761 attempts, which was the fourth highest percentage on the team.

Angstmann finished the season with 12 matches of at least 10 kills, including a season-high of 15 on Aug. 28 against Indian Hills.

Following the season, Angstmann was named First Team All-OCCAC. Academically, she was a member of the OCCAC's All-Academic team in the fall and spring semesters, which helped allow her to be named a First Team All-Academic team selection by the NJCAA.

Prior to Owens: Angstmann produced an award-filled senior season at St. Marys Memorial, where she was named First Team All-Western Buckeye League (WBL), First Team All-District, WBL Player of the Year and Third Team All-Ohio. She recorded 278 digs, 423 kills, 49 blocks, five assists and 48 aces.

As a junior, Angstmann was named First Team All-WBL, First Team All-District, WBL Player of the Year and District Player of the Year. She produced a school record 1,273 career kills, along with 1,002 digs and 127 aces in her career. Academically, she was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Erika is the daughter of Ralph and Lisa Angstmann. She has one sister, Ally, who is also a member of the Owens volleyball team.
